ACE-FLEX TCZ I-50 is a zinc-based thread compound formulated for tool joints, drill collars, and other rotary shouldered connections. It contains over 50% finely powdered high-purity zinc, ensuring a leak-proof seal under extreme pressure. The compound prevents galling and seizing, reduces the need for excessive torque during breakout, and does not build up on threads. It also protects against corrosion and is water-resistant.
