An optimum mixture of Alkanolamines designed to increase the Ph values of water soluble cutting fluid emulsions. Usually ACE WASOL Series Cuting Oils are highly biostable, but some external factors can influence Ph values. Ideally Ph value of an emulsion should be between 8.5 to 9.2
